Gabe Rygaard, the former Ax Men star, died on Friday.
He was 45.
The reality TV star was involved in a multi-vehicle car crash just outside of his hometown of Port Charles.
He died from injuries sustained in the crash.
The six passengers in the other two cars were treated for minor injuries at the scene of the crime.
The crash allegedly occurred when Gabe's Ford Bronco crashed moved to the left and hit a Chevrolet Tahoe that haf stopped in front of him.
When Gabe rotated, he crashed into a Dodge Ram.
The horrible thing about all of this is that Gabe was allegedly not wearing a seatbelt.
Gabe's father, Craig Rygaard confirmed the news of his passing.
Gabe leaves behind his wife and three children.
